Chiltern Challenge, Green,
Again really enjoyed it, the forest was so nice! I had 5 controls the same as the night before so that made it quite easy. Had 12-13 in reverse and was 30s quicker even though it was uphill sooo that deffo says something! Saw a charging herd of fallow deer which was a little alarming. Otherwise, not much to report, orienteering is way easier when it's not dark.

British Night Champs
Just did the short class, wasn't that excited beforehand. Butttt I actually had a very good time. Technique was pretty sloppy (what's a compass?!) but mostly went quite well and the forest was very runnable which was v nice.
1 - should have gone straight
5 - didn't use compass properly from attackpoint -> banana
10 - didn't use compass properly leaving the control so hit the fence way further S than I meant to... but in retrospect, hitting the fence at all was a terrible plan (oops)
13 - didn't use compass properly (theme eh) so ended up halfway between 13 and 14 then turned the wrong way faffed and fixed it. This was the biggest mistake ~60s lost.
All in all, not that bad considering I haven't done any night o in a loooong time.

Was booked to spin class but out of work late so couldn't. Wanted to easy spin but bikes were being used sooo went for 30 mins of rolling hills instead.
Then had another back/neck/shoulder sports massage, ideal!
