It has been so long since I did this that it was at the bottom of my activities list... I counted the other night and it has been a little over 9 weeks since my last proper run. Tbh it's not been as hard as I thought, though I have missed running with pals and I'm not entirely looking forward to the struggle of getting run fit again. It was nice to be outside and at least I can take advantage of daylight at the moment. 5 x 1min jog, 1min walk. Big headwind on the way out along the canal.
