Spinning with Question of Sport in the circuits gym. Achilles not very happy ~20mins but lowered saddle slightly and that seemed to help

New commute is longer than the old, also went to Laura's on the way home.
Ordered a new bike in the morning and an hour later the gear cable went on my current bike... I now have a single speed... It's not the gear I'd have picked either, hills are a struggle hahaha

10x100m efforts in the middle. Prefer the shorter efforts, people get in your way less!

To and from work, first time both ways on the canal. Loads of ducklings and cygnets <3

Orienteering 48:31 [3] 7.5 km (6:28 / km) +100m 6:04 / km
shoes: New Asics GT2000

Sprintelope, Colinton Dell. R achilles started hurting about 30mins in but it wasn't getting any worse so finished the course.
Brain wasn't quite in gear for the first one and didn't take the best route. So hot for running!

Spinning in circuits. Just did some fartlek type stuff, working in the choruses of songs and resting in the verse.
