Straight into the technical bit and was really enjoying it until 13 when we had a few long boring legs wading through a bog and then rest was then less enjoyable. Few wobbles early on: bearing off on 2 and getting really put off by extra sand on the way to 8, bit hesitant on 10 as well. I knew it would be tricky but then didn't do what I knew I should (going to the flat bit and in) and faffed. But I made it round, foot pain settled down and for at least the first 50mins I felt ok.

Also walked round at Dinnet collecting tapes with Saz (much more fun).
