WU (skipping TRX and chin ups as in my gym) + physio exercises.
12 ab exercises 30:10 + 90s plank
Back Squat 3x5 (20) 40, 40, 40kg
Deadlift 3x5 (40) 60, 60, 60kg
DbBP 3x10 14kg, 14kg, 14kg
Feeling very tired but got it all done.

To KB with Kirstin for the Sprintelope. Legs feeling terrible but chat made it pass quickly.

KB Sprintelope Long.
Started off and instantly realised how much better I felt running with Kirstin so just settled in for a plod. Bit scrappy in the beginning brain (heart) wasn't really in it. Bit confused by the building/gardens 10-11 but otherwise know KB too well!
