Over in Lund working again. Shit hot urgent, appreciate your support type of thing but nobody actually knows what is happening.
Did this run before in around Aug' 2016. Found HR monitor in my bag so tried that again. HR worryingly high.
Stopped in the park to do some weights and a go on the outdoor artificial boulder wall.
Sweaty.
