Beach. Boo. But this was only half beach, and I need to get my 4 races in early in the season so can’t be picky. V slow.

Around Queen's Drive in trainers, which was fine until we took a detour up the bog, which was very boggy, and I fell over twice, which was very muddy. Fun though. If you are short and pregnant there is no space really for your lungs to expand, so they sort of stop working, especially when you try to run. Wheezing like a 50-a-day smoker. Its is only going to get worse.
