Start at the junior park run start at the same time say he junior park run, run the opposite direction - to dvc then anti clockwise all the way around the meadows (by the road not through the loos / play park gap) and back to the junior park run finish trying to beat Lucy. She got me, running 10:55. It’s a good challenge though, and now my foot is feeling better I like to think I can push a lot harder next time. Bring it on Lucy!
