Chapelgill Hill race. Quads dead from the off, so I was glad that it was straight into walking up a steep hill. Straight up then down. I was lame going downhill (John Tullie beat me here) but 5th overall so better than expected. Brutally cold wind and blizzard. Mmm.

I was going to go to reps in Inverleith Park, but a work meeting over ran. Solo reps in the meadows and I felt so dizzy I nearly fainted. So jacked.

Felt better later and jogged home through the meadows and over the crags.
