Braids and Blackford route.

Too ill to justify going to the masters xc. Felt ok on this run though. My legs felt good, my lungs not great. The going was firmish as it was so cold which was nice.

Still ill. Shuffled into town to sign some papers at the solicitors. Them home for a day of packing. House move Tuesday, after the most mindblowingly stressful faffage over the past 6 months. I don't want to tempt fate. The chances of more disasters is high!

Coldy, everything aches everywhere. Spent the day at work wondering whether to head home ill, wondering whether it was sensible to be considering going running. Set off for a plod, and felt quite good. Then headed back to work, pick up my heavy back and jog home.

That’s 5 mile January done. It felt remarkably easy. Feeling ill though so I can’t imagine the plans to mix things up in February with reps etc will materialise any time soon.

Toni's time trial. Faster than last week, but I thought I was going to explode with house move stress today. GRRR. Felt better after this. Feel fat just now however, otherwise I would be quite fast I think. I might have to weigh myself at some point to assess the damage. Anyway, 18:45 is nearer 16:20 than last week's 20:13.
