So tired. Night in hospital = no sleep.

I've dug out my Achilles night brace and my old orthotics that I stopped wearing ages ago in the hope that it helps my pfsorepf. Knee much better today. I am going to start running on it soon.

I got my bike back - yay. It felt great when I nipped to the shop on it. I was going to go out tonight with Fran for a ride. But then went to the gp for my knee and plantar f referral, and I took a wheezy Lucy to get her an inhaler. Big mistake. They send her to sick kids, and 5 hours later she is admitted. This means sleeping in a lit room with 15 other kids, half of them are crying babies. I am exhausted as she needed me last night with her wheezy coughing. She has been pumped full of steroids and is totally hyper. The temperature in here is at least 25degrees c. I think I'll try to sleep by imagining I am lying on a beach somewhere.

Note
(injured) (rest day)

A family cycle 6.5 miles to a nice caff for breakfast. Then back to the van with Lucy and off for a swim as Ray and Lozza go in a longer bike ride, in the rain.

We are now on our way home, though stuck at Tyndrum as the A82 is shut here. We have 4 hours to kill. No bad thing. A great location for running - Ray is out now - and I have got a newspaper and DC at the shop, looking forward to the real food cafe chips for dinner, can spend the night in the van if we have to. Wifi in the cafe car park. Just a bit pissed off my knee still can't bend beyond 90 degrees. Probably not ready for running quite yet.
