Run with graeme and jim j. Nice. More roady than pathy, but I'm not complaining. Some walking, while the cyclists in our party caught up but this suited me too as it let me shake out the stiffness that was building in my soleus.

Would have had more sleep but a sickly Lucy left me shovelling the unmentionable in the middle of the night. Nice.

Cycle. At the last minute I had to find and fit my bike lights. Just the sort of stress I could do without.

Woke with two sore achilles this morning. What a treat.

The physio did dry needling in both calves today. I asked for it as it was really quite effective last time and my calf was getting sore again. Forgot quite how excruciating it is though! Cycled there, had to get the bus home. Took me 12mins to walk the 300m back from the bus stop... Things seem to be moving in the right direction at least!
