Jogged to cse, filled in a gym application form, jogged back. Knee pain started after about 8 mins

Was off to do hills. Got 4 mins in then excruciating knee pain. Walked home.

sore knee again. problem is the usual physio is busy so i keep having to go to other ones who are shit!!!! felt much better than monday and wednesday today though.

Ran home, 1.5 miles in knee was excruciating. Stopped, walked, didn't have my bus fare as i had forgotten my purse, jogged on after a bit and it was ok.

ran to work. sore knee 2miles in. am starting to wonder if the problem is my trainers as last night in my flats i was fine. i'll try just running in my flats over the next few days. legs felt significantly better than last night.

ran home. staggeringly exhausted and hacked off with sore knee. both were hurting. bad stomach too - great! walked the last mile or so as i was so tired. i have a few ideas about what is wrong and how to put things right though, so am not too downhearted.

martins. 5 x long ones all in about 4:40 - 4:50 which is slow but my legs were screaming after 2 tough races over the weekend with minimal warm up / down. great to have tess there to drag me around all 5 otherwise i would have definately wimped. i had a very sore calf for the last 3 but no ill effects now so glad i persevered.

into a head wind. never was going to be speedy. tight calves so foam rollered before setting off

ran home. knee was really bad at 2 miles so stopped and stretched and was able to continue, but not blasting it. stopped early to buy dinner.
