Jills running strength thingy. It’s hard getting up this early but the session is really good for me. All of the things I need to be doing. I do find it tricky though, and it does wind my hip flexor up a little.

A v pleasant trail run with Loz from Foxlake while Lucy was doing some sort of high ropes suspended over water with her cousins.
Down to John Muir country park then it was v similar to the Team East Lothian XC that Megan W puts on. Loz was whining a bit. Like to think I tired him out. It was quite rough in places and I am stronger.
