Head torch run from Aberdour, a bit too soon after Mum and Dad's dinner to be entirely comfortable. Down, round the harbour to hawkcraig point, up to the carpark, down on the road to silver sands, then along to the Alcan site on the coastal path and back. I was a bit ho hum on the way out so thought if go for a negative split, but at the turn realised I'd had the be ifif of a tail wind on the way out, and obviously it was slightly more uphill on the way back. Managed it - just. Nice night to be out.
