I tried using notrs as that's whati AP says to do if you don't wish to specify a distance but on the add notes page it says it's a non-trainig entry, typical aerobic training bias. I think I'm going to keep my anaerobic stuff here with short distances.

Ran from the tree to the river. It was crazy busy in the park so I repeatedly had to slow for large groups of people. I was willing to attempt the trip back but was sick of mavigating thw people. Wore my new shoes for this and stull love them.
