10 minute snatch test
24 k

200 has been my long term goal for years and I'm finally closing in on it.
To give you a srnse of proportion, most men begin kettlebell training with a 16k bell but move to 24 in their first year (timing depends on aptitude, motivation and fitness). Most men can do at least 100 reps the first time out on a snatch tesy. To be certified ad a trainer you have to do 100 in 5 minutes (there's other stuff too). My old recors, when training the snatch specifically but doing powerliftung was 164. Not everyone can do that but it's low to middling for people who train it. On the other end of the spectrum 300 is among the top 5 or so people in the wirld. 233 is the currrnt liwest recorded record attemp and sits at 16th place.
200 will mark, for me, tine to move up to the 32k bell.

Also, i did a 48k one arm strict press, but only on the right side
