Laura wanted to go for a bike ride together by the river.The gnats were kind of bad but it was still fun. In the past I've had trouble keeping up. Either getting the gears fixed or the tens of miles I've put on since out last ride has made a difference.

I finally got my bike back from the shop! W00t! I now have access to all my gears rather than just the middle 7.

I really enjoy commuting home on my bike. It's awkward changing into short and a T-shirt in a stall in the bathroom then riding the elevator down with all my well dress colleagues. It's totally worth it though. The ride takes as long as light rail and is far more refreshing.

i tried to push harder, going for sub 10 min mile but didn't make it.
