SLOW Roehampton University
Fast run round a short urban course in the university. I think I could have run off faster. I knew I was feeling a little below par on the way home, but I didn't spend as high a proportion in my red HR zone as normal. Add in a couple of silly mistakes on #16 and #23 and I could have saved probably about 30 seconds.

SARUMO Collingbourne West - Moonraker Relay and a trophy!
My first Harris relay, with the very experienced pair of Andy and Chris Robinson to guide me. Good run through fast open woodland. We won the mixed relay and were only 6s off first place overall. Which was nice.

Straight line length I ran was 4.86km, so ran over only 7% and my race pace was 5:47/km.

LOK Oak Hill Park
Interesting race, just ran the wooded section badly.

Race pace a massive 8:02/km; ran over allegedly only 7% relative to the stated course length; purple lines - per my measurement it was a more realistic 30%. The difference arises because of unclear out of bounds.
