nice run around sugarloaf. mostly took it easy except for a few uphills. skipped the trail section at the end, and took the road instead. it was not exactly paved, but not exactly dirt either, at least it was soft enough along the side.

the plan was to bike to work after dropping alex's car at the shop, except just as I was about to get on, the front tire blew out. on the bright side, I wasn't riding yet, and I was dressed for running. not sure if my arm would have been ok with biking anyway, though it is doing better.

the usual 4, forgot a watch today. pretty tired before I got going, then felt ok. my arm problem seems to be mostly in the tricep now, it's been cramping occasionally when I forget to take it easy, and near the end of this run it totally seized up (ouch) when I tensed it in the process of catching my balance on some uneven ground. I had to stop and walk for a few minutes because even the bounce of jogging would make it cramp up again.
