Hadn't planned to make it to this race, but a 10-year-old neighbor randomly came over to play with the girlies at exactly the right time, which means I didn't have to entertain them.

Warm and humid. The terrain was steep and pretty open. not much green on the ground, but in some places there were dense leafy branches starting at chest height so I had to duck down a lot. Tough/good course by JT, lots of up and down, no real breaks in navigation. some small mistakes on 9 and 15, and probably went too far around on 18. Definitely tired at the end.

haven't uploaded to RG in a while, but it was pretty awesome that I didn't need to do any of the line-up-with-map steps. thanks gurus!

slept poorly last night for no identifiable reason. felt tired before the run, and dizzy and tired afterwards like the beginnings of a cold. the ladies were all sick at various points over the last week so it was inevitable as usual.
