short course champs. very good race, one 40 sec mistake...30 sec and two places out of silver.

first day of the flying pig. resting for the big days, but still ended up working pretty hard. not so good technically, maybe 2.5-3mins errors. ahr:179

rest today. had two midterms, swedish and "network optimization" which went pretty well and not so well respectively. went to sleep last night instead of studying, to rest up for this weekend...have to get up pretty early tommorrow to catch a 6am flight to ohio.

long run through the arboretum and back with boris, misha, and william. great weather, felt good. went quite a bit further than I had planned, but only because we were running faster. but whatever, I'll be mostly resting this week anyways (pre-highlander style). probably some cross-training tommorrow ahr:158 (rhr:48)
