Note

rest today. had two midterms, swedish and "network optimization" which went pretty well and not so well respectively. went to sleep last night instead of studying, to rest up for this weekend...have to get up pretty early tommorrow to catch a 6am flight to ohio.

Running (road, packed snow) 2:04:35 [3] 17.38 mi (7:10 / mi)

long run through the arboretum and back with boris, misha, and william. great weather, felt good. went quite a bit further than I had planned, but only because we were running faster. but whatever, I'll be mostly resting this week anyways (pre-highlander style). probably some cross-training tommorrow ahr:158 (rhr:48)

Saturday Mar 10, 2001 #

Running (road) 53:55 [2] 7.35 mi (7:20 / mi)

easy run on the river. sidewalk not plowed past elliot bridge, so running on the shoulder (wide at least) as cars drive by at 50mph. ahr:155

Note

holy shiznit, just found out the long-o is 22k next weekend. I was expecting more like 15-17. will have to tweak this week's schedule accordingly
