Lower Leg, Achilles Tendonitis

2010-11-21 – 2011-12-15

Grade: 2

Is wavering between 2 and 1.
Stretching a lot during the day appears to help.
I got it immediately after a day of walking all day, and doing two sprints. Not sure which activity aggravated by ATs

I think it was caused primarily by faster running, specifically on treadmill and stretching out too far.
I believe that changing my cadence (180/min) and running slower helped quite a bit. I still can press the AT and feel some discomfort, but not when running so after more than a year I am calling it "resolved" but I will have to remain vigilant and stay a bit more cautious (slow).
