R Torso, Lower Back Pain

Pulled during a race. Adrenaline and keeping moving let it loosen enough to finish pretty well. The peak pain was short-lived but it was very uncomfortable after the race in which I pulled it and got closer to peak again.

Rest from exercise (not much sleep though) and some stretching got it back to a closer to normal feeling.
