Noticed ankle hurting on 9/10 and 9/11. Haven't ran much at in the last week. Iced my ankle quite a bit. Stretched. Saw the doctor on Friday (9/17). My doctor told me it was tendonitis, too much running too fast. :( Oh and my Achille's tendon was tight. Told me to take ibuprofen, stretch, soak my ankle in hot water, and slowly start running distance again.
10/14 -- The tendonitis isn't really bothering me anymore. I still wear my brace sometimes. And there's still a little bump on my ankle, but other than that, it's doing well.
11/15 -- Doesn't bother me anymore. Wooh.
