I hope I caught this early enough.
I went to the docter and apparently my right leg is bigger then my left, and I am super tight.
So now I have a bunch of stretches to do, and a perscription for some new insoles.
Also I have some pensaid that I have been applying 4 times a day. So hopefull this will get better soon and I can restart training.
I stopped doing any exercise for 5 days and when I came back it felt much better. I also used pens-aid and and ice on it as many times a day as I could. Also I will be getting some new orthodics to make sure this dosn't happen again.
