So, this is the same thing thats been bugging me the last two years but I think I finally have it figured out. I went to a sports medicine doctor and have been diagnosed with posterior tibialis tendonitis. He thinks the tendon is weak and causing me to run on the inner part of my right foot and then causing the tightness in the right leg and hip. I bought some over the counter orthotics and they seem to be helping but I'm not back to normal. I spent most of the winter trying to rest and let it heal. Now its improving but the it only seems to be able to handle about 20 miles a week right now. Ice, orthotics and vitamin I are to be the main helpers here.
