Very sore throat for 3 days. Almost lost voice.
Run down from lack of sleep
- Ellie sleeping poorly (Toni looking after Eoin overnight)
- Busy at work (stayed up late working one night shortly beforehand then couldn't switch-off to go to sleep)
Didn't listen
Recovery from complete stop of exercise, early nights (21.30ish) and no alcohol.
