L Shoulder, Shoulder Pain

Adhesive Capsulitis ("Frozen Shoulder")
- first symptoms at end of April, 2010.
- diagnosed June 15, '10.
- Sept 1, '10: seems to be moving from painful stage to frozen stage.
-Oct. 27, 10: in the last couple weeks it seems it has already started thawing, woo hoo! I could be mostly normal by Christmas! Need to restart doing the PT exercises they gave me.
-May 06, 11: FS much better and didn't bother me on today's bike ride (first since this started). I still have some range of motion limitations though. Not being very diligent on the exercises.
Idiopathic adhesive capsulitis: just needed to run its course
