Torso, Impact wound / trauma

2010-06-13 – 2010-07-23

Grade: 3

Stupid tree! I got a little too excited, started going a little quickly, oversteered a little, bounced off of a rock and into a very thick and healthy tree. Managed to slow down a good amount, but the result was my fist running into my chest. My arms feel super weak now and heavy breathing, laughing, rolling over in bed, etc. are painful endeavors.

Finally healed this thing! I don't think I broke anything. I think I must have hit right on the sternum/manubrium joint which is why I managed to pull, strain or irritate just about everything in my upper body. In the end, rest and Outie's ART were the big healers in this one. Thank goodness that one's over!
