L Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Pulled hammy on my last of 10 sprints; couldn't stretch; still diffricult to bend over.
21 Jun - I think I am completely healed. I probably was over a week ago. I'm glad it didn't last too long. But, I could feel the knot when I kneeled on the ground.

Need more yoga; didn't do this a lot in the last month; should probably ease into something like this.
