Bad sprain at British sprints - initial damage superficial (lots of bruising), but didn't recover as quickly as it should. Looks like I may have also bruised the bone slightly - proprioception not too bad, but pain random.
Taping to survive O courses, taking a long time to gain the confidence back through terrain and even on stoney tracks. Ankle mended, but need to build up confidence much more through summer/autumn to race properly again.
