Swells a little on really long runs, but basically solved for now.

10 May 2010. Getting much better, but still sore. Still don't see this as a problem for running as it's getting better, although I'm sure running is slowing the recovery somewhat.


This is a skiing thing; after skiing HARD and long the weekend of Mar 20/21 (all day, powder, non stop, lots of hiking) the top of my foot in the ankle area is sore and swollen, and some of the top tendons are definitely tweaked.

I do feel it while running, but it doesn't slow me down at all, and while I think running is keeping it from recovering, I don't think it's making it worse. Shouldn't pose any problem for the AR50. The think that hurt it the worst was Sat skiing on 3/27.

Caused by long day skiing in ski boots.. non stop powder and hiking. Just be careful next time.
