R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

It seems to be a pulled calf muscle. At the worst, I could feelt it left of center and down to the top of my achilles tendon. The pain actually started a few days earlier but I can't recall any specific incident that caused it. It also wasn't bad enough to make me stop running earlier.

Rest and cross training.
