just a cruddy flew... was still able to exercise, and usually felt better during running, but woke every day with sore throat and headache. Started moving toward lungs the 2nd week, and nagging cough stayed around for a few days. Only bad part for running then was unable to get super deep breaths. Slowed me down even more than normal, but still got out and enjoyed the air!
next time, don't get sick.
