Torso, Lower Back Pain

2010-02-04 – 2010-02-12

Grade: 2

Spent 3 days tiling the bathroom, bending down a lot, which gave me lower back ache. Felt fine a day later, but circuits later in the week aggravated it again and it now twinges when I walk and take long strides.

Lower back pain continued for most of the week, hurting most when walking or bending to tie shoe laces, brush teeth, pull up trousers etc.

Lots of stretching and no running. Maintaining good posture while sitting at work.
