R Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Ran too hard in an orienteering race too soon after the knee injury healed.
Recurring pulled muscle that just won't heal.
Thought it was healed until running uphill on regular run route.
Re-injured in TN while roller skiing on the river path.

Lots of rest. No uphillls. No activities with any chance of sudden leg movements (like roller skiing / skating).
