Still feeling strangely tired after 10h sleep, legs feeling thrashed like having had a hard training yesterday (but have done nothing since tuesday), am lacking energy and resting heart rate is up in the high 80's.
But apart from that, don't feel ill at all. Strange, but I suppose my body is battling with something right now. So still no training, even if I hate it...
