Torso, Lower Back Pain

Started about 9 miles into the 1/2 marathon. Got worse as I tried to run through it. No specific cause that I can identify, must have strained something by slipping on the mud, then irritating it by continuing to race.

Had been intending to do more core exercises, now seem even more important.
