Next follow up in October. doing all the things told not to and pushing through... pain managed with Naproxen for now.

4/14 - Dr appt - back on the Rx and 2x wk for 4wks of PT. Follow up appt on 5/19

12/15 - Dr appointment - heavy duty Rx for inflamation, 6 to 8 weeks take it easy and let it heal.

12/2 - constant pain, PT sending me to DR for images to assess total damage.

11/12 Sprained wrist and shoulder a month ago. It has been nagging me when doing push ups and plank pose. Really was an issue skiing on Thrusday, so off to PT, where they proclaimed the bad news.

I am calling this done...still nagging but tolerable. I was told 6 - 8 weeks, we are at 6 weeks now. I can do limited plank pose pain free, so I guess we are on the mend.
