sharp pain in my lower right abdomen which got worse the more I ran. Onset directly after a bio break.
Got worse before it got better making it hard to walk even.
Typical pain I associate with my cycle but timing is off.
Felt unwell for a few hours afterwards but was fine after a long nap and some food.
I don't think it's something I could have run though. My body was feeling a little broken before I began. I should have listened to it and stayed home.
Rest and food helped a lot. Maybe I needed more fuel before I left.
