L Knee, Ligament tear

Swollen superior tibiofibular joint on the left leg and pain when bending the knee suggests a mild ligament tear. Out of commission for a few days, but still hoping to compete this week-end.
I don't recall any particular fall or impact, so I think this was a stress injury. I didn't work out while traveling through Africa, so rest seems to have healed it.
