L Foot, Plantar Fasciitis

PF on left side. I've noticed some reduction in flexibility lately with running mileage going up. need to stretch much more often. Going to go see JD.

2/23/2010 - just did sylamore 25k & raced it. Felt pretty good for most of the race. There were a couple of miles where it felt like damage, but fine again by finish. No huge pain after - just general soreness all over.

3/24/2010 - have new orthotics going & they help a good bit. Have been icing & massaging the feet. Have started running barefoot on grass weekly at track. WK1 800, WK2 1200. Feels sore the next day, but feels like a good idea. Feet seem happy with it.

6/2/2010 - just realized that I've not worried about it in a while. Must be better! I'm not running much, but am running good quality workouts.
