Started to feel this late in the intervals. Went to physio today, will have massage tommorow... think I will recover fine, but cannot go to my first cross-country race for ubc because of it (pending a more long term injury).
ok... still tight in the area, but I wouldn't say it is injured anymore. I have to be carefull stretch it and such, and I still have at least one more physio appointment.
