It's three weeks now that I feel not 100% getting worse after the Swiss Champs a week ago. I felt tired and sometimes hot/cold but no feever or other serious indication of sickness. Not training during the week last week didn't help but the night-o and bike-o on Fr/Sat was the complete knock out. My throat and lung started to hurt and I felt very tired and was quickly out of breath.
I went to see the doctor today. I have an infection in my body (throat/bronchie) and have to take antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. Looks like I should give my body some rest...
After finishing with antibiotics it took another couple week until I felt good again.
