R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Calves tightened up preventing any running above a mild jog.
Hills are especially painful.

Just a little over-use, too many hard hills without rest.
A few days rest and lots of massage helps. Continuing the massage will hopefully prevent recurrence.

Seems to have pretty much recoved. Just have to start slowly and keep with the massage, stretching, and strengthening exercises.
