I think it's a tendonitis somewhere. I feel it on inside of right knee when going up and down stairs. More of a soreness than a pain. Worse in the AM. Seems to get better with rest. Have used a little ice after running. Seems to help. Hard to tell.
No problems or symptoms after running sprint and medium at CNYO meet so this injury is declared cured. Made a promise to myself to not push it though...to think carefully about what I am doing with my knee and to increase training slowly, which I have always done.
