my knee started hurting at interval monday, the day after my summer trip which is good timing, but didnt think much of it because it wasnt that painful. on wednesday O night it got a little worse so I cut the course in half. thurday i went out for a short jog because i was feeling deprived of exercise but ended up walking back after 20 minutes of running. i think the middle distace at AOC put it over the edge as i can barely walk up stairs now.
it being a long weekend i am only able to see the doctor on wednesday sept 5 for a referral to physio so I'll have to stick with biking till then.
Foam roller really helped!
