L Knee, Impact wound / trauma

Hit by a car while on IMUK09 training ride (150k), left knee hit the car passenger door (car reversed out of a driveway into me when I was coming down a hill, about 40k/hr)
Rest, massage and stretching has done the trick. Will monitor though when I resume cycling.
